'Dawn's Promise' depicts a coastal scene in hues of slate grey, soft cream and hints of pink. The colours imbue the sea and sky with a serene, quiet quality that mimics that magical moment when night turns to morning with all the promise that the new day holds. The artwork is from a watercolour painting by Folkestone-based artist, Cerys Russell.
