This lovely blue-green vase has patches of copper and a black neck. It has been handmade by Hythe potter, Jamie Smith, using buff stoneware clay and a nebula glaze. To achieve the beautiful final effect the vase was bisque fired to 950 degrees, then slowly fired in the raku kiln to 1000 degrees. This vase has been waterproofed so it is perfect for displaying live flowers, dried flowers or just admired as a beautiful ornament. Approximate size: 21 cm height by 12 cm width. Please note that colours and tones may slightly differ according to monitor/screen types etc.
