'In the Still of the Night' presents a dark and brooding scene painted mainly in shades of blue, white and magenta. The sky and sea mirror each other and there are hints of bio-luminescence in the lightly-textured waves. The far edge of the sea darkens at it heads towards the horizon, hinting at fathomless depths filled with strange marine beasties. This original signed and dated watercolour landscape painting is by Folkestone-based artist, Cerys Russell.
 
The painting, which has been placed in a cream mount, will make a great addition to any wall once it has been framed. It is oblong-shaped and hangs vertically. Size: 12 inches width by 16 inches length (30 cm x 40 cm).
